LATEST ACCOMPLISHMENT: Amber just won a Xerox Award for Excellence in the Humanities, a national academic honor that qualifies winners for full tuition scholarships to the University of Rochester.
ACHIEVEMENTS: Amber has an "A" average in school and is listed in this year's Who's Who Among American High School Students. "She is a learner and cares about the acquisition of knowledge." Says her mathematics teacher, Joanne Sanulonis.
ACTIVITIES: Volunteers for Drug Abuse Resistance Education and the Museum of Tolerance; enjoys running, modern dance.

QUOTE: "I love going to a small school setting where you get individual attention and can learn more. I want to go to a small college, too. I had always attended Beverly Hills public schools before, and you're just a number there. When you like your teachers, you do better. There aren't a lot of distractions, like at Beverly High, where there were a lot of people and too many things going on."
